ACMA Excellence as a Production Supervisor

Rathdrum, ID We are very proud to announce that Timothy T. Vanek of Dynamic Fabricators’ has been awarded with the 2007 EXCELLENCE AS A PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR on October 17, 2007. This award is part of ACMA’s Excellence and Innovation annual award program.

A panel of composite industry experts from major market and materials segments and the press judge the nominations. Awards are presented to nominees that are judged to have provided exemplary abilities, contributions, dedication and Production Supervisory skills in the composites manufacturing industry.

Timothy T. Vanek has worked for Dynamic Fabricators, LLC since June 21, 1996 starting as a Fiberglass Laborer and working his way up to Production Foreman in 2006 with several advancements between. Tim went through the company’s in-house Tech Level training and certification steps to the highest Tech V Level by December 1999 and became CCT Tech Certified on November 6, 2006.

Mr. Vanek has played a vital role in Dynamic Fabricators’ growth in both the industrial composites sector including cooling tower components and their retail fiberglass dock system product line. Tim’s ability to train, motivate and organize the composites production staff has proven him a winning leader and huge asset to the company. Tim supervises and works along side his employees as needed, and was voted Employee of the Year in 2006 showing how much his staff appreciates him and his leadership skills.
