10/01/2006 Dynamic Fabricators now fully owned by Wade Wolcott Rathdrum, ID. We are proud to announce that President, Wade Wolcott, has completed the acquisition of GEA Power Cooling, Inc.’s minority interest in Dynamic Fabricators effective on October 1, 2006. With an extensive background in composites and manufacturing, Wade was hired as a consultant in the summer of 1990 to aid in setting up the manufacturing plant which was originally built by Thermal Dynamic Towers, Inc. to service the Cooling Tower industry. GEA purchased Thermal Dynamic Towers in 1991 along with the manufacturing plant in Idaho. Wade continued to work for GEA in several different management capacities at the Idaho plant until he became the Division Manager in 1994. On October 1, 2001 Wade bought the majority ownership of Dynamic Fabricators from GEA. Prior to the purchase, Dynamic Fabricators manufactured only for GEA’s proprietary line of Cooling Towers. The change in ownership provided the opportunity to supply products and services to other Cooling Tower Companies with which Dynamic Fabricators has shared great success. The excellent management staff of Dynamic Fabricators shall remain the same. The buyout included all assets and real property for the Idaho manufacturing plant headquarters and the business operations of the Texas warehouse. This change in ownership opens many exciting new opportunities for the company. We offer the unique advantage of being the only full service provider of cooling tower components that does not compete directly with our customers. Wade says he is convinced that completing the acquisition will allow the company the structure and flexibility it needs to continue to grow.
